DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense. 

 

We use UPS for all orders. Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours on a business day (UNLESS ITS A PRE - ORDER)  Ship time is  1-2 business days.

 

​To minimize delays we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address. 

 

Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances, weather, strikes or any other external factors out of our control.

 

Tracking is available for all domestic orders. 

 

Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute via DHL Express' website.

 

We use a signed-for delivery service, therefore, someone will need to be there to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot. 

 

To minimize delays, we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address.

We aim to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. 

 

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges.

 

Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and $50 return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Naked Couture Boutique  is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

Any shipment refused by customer once shipped, and is sent back to us will incur $50 charge. this amount will be taken from amount payed to us.

 

PRE ORDER ITEMS 

If you purchase items together with an item which is a pre order your items will remain on hold until the pre order item arrives and will not be shipped separately. If you wish to have your orders shipped separately you will need to make a separate purchase.

For customers who pre order items, please understand that we aim to deliver items from the date specified, however, delivery dates shown are estimates only and subject to change.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, loss of internet services,  etc.). All colors of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of Australia. We use UPS & DHL Express and all packages are fully traceable with a tracking number we provide. If you are not available to sign for your package you are responsible for arranging another time with your local post office to pick up your item. If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel any orders that seems suspicious at any time. We will immediately notify the customer about our decision by e-mail or by phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method that it was received.

On delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery, unless you grant us, DHL Express or UPS 'authority to leave'. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. 

You may grant us an 'authority to leave' with out a signature when placing your order. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/our selected couriers permission to leave the package unattended by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk- of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location.

 

In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery. 

RETURNS

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Merchandise can be returned within days for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE. (on non-sale items)

  • Merchandise must NOT be worn, altered or washed.

  • Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached in original plastic bag.

  • Merchandise returned without tags will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Returns must be received within 7 business days after purchase. otherwise it will not be accepted.

  • Postage cost in non-refundable

  • Any shipment refused by customer, once it leaves our office, will incur a $50 re-shipping fee back to us. 

PLEASE NOTE:  That if you are returning items to us from an international location, it is also very important that you label the items as " RETURNED GOODS" .Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The package will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pay these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the package will be returned to you by the Customs Dept at customers expense.

Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION including tags. Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a  refund or exchange is offered. Naked Couture Boutique  reserves the right to DENY a  refund or exchange  if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged or refunded.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Naked Couture Boutique  will not be issued a  refund or exchange. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. 

Before a refund or exchange can be done, you must contact the staff for approval at info@nakedcoutureboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include your order number in the body of your email.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Naked Couture Boutique. We  will not issue an exchange or refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.

REFUNDS will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid. Once processed, your financial institution may take 7-10 business days to process the funds back to your account.

Naked Couture Boutique is not held financially responsible for any international packages lost in transit.

Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be authorized once received. We appreciate your patience!

SALE ITEMS

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to color, size and fit. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We inspect all garments prior to dispatch at two zones Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.

Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning a faulty item. If you have received a faulty item, please email info@nakedcoutureboutique.com to authorize a return. With faulty items, we will repair or replace item. If the item can't be repaired or replaced, only then will a refund be issued.
